Patricia has been in property management for 29 years. Her experience includes affordable housing, conventional, commercial as well as several privately owned properties.
She has also offered her opinion in several legal matters.
As a licensed Realtor in PA and NJ, she served as Vice President of the South Jersey Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management since 2010, presiding as Chairperson of the Legislative Committee. She is an award winning sprint triathlete.
In previous positions she has provided leadership to a portfolio of multi-family properties in NJ and PA. She was also responsible for compliance monitoring of all the affordable properties within the company. As the designated trainer in all compliance areas to the site managers, she fulfilled her passion as an educator.

A retired career firefighter and military veteran, Nick has been in Real Estate for over fifteen years. He recently earned his B.A. in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
